Working together for our second year, to help TOPS raise funds to provide tennis lessons for all children who want to learn, I helped the Tennis Outreach Program make the transition from in-person to virtual. I created and managed the event timeline, the online auction software platform with website and catalog for silent and live auction items, and communications and instructions to attendees for using the different platforms. I scripted the show and during the livestreaming I provided back end auction platform support, real time auction updates throughout the Live Auction and Raise the Paddle to recognize bidders and donors in real time, and closed the Live auction items.
